Service Areas

We are based in Hayward, including the Mount Eden district, and work throughout southern Alameda County: Castro Valley, Fairview, San Lorenzo, Ashland, Cherryland, San Leandro, Union City, Fremont and Newark, and east over the hills to Dublin, San Ramon, Pleasanton, Sunol and Livermore. We also take work in Oakland, Piedmont, Alameda and Milpitas. Hayward and the other cities each run their own encroachment permits; unincorporated communities like Castro Valley, San Lorenzo and Fairview are handled by Alameda County Public Works. Conditions change from damp bay-side lots to steep hill streets to hot inland valleys, and each town page explains what matters there.
